About Lauren

Hi there! From a young age I have always been interested in helping others. This passion has led me to the doula space. I completed my DONA Birth Doula training with Jessica English AdvCD/PCD/BDT(DONA), LCCE, FACCE, in 2023 and love soaking up new knowledge about the birth world.

I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life and meeting each client where they are on their journey. The birth support I provide is tailored to help each individual throughout their labor, whether that be through supporting words, massage, or knowledge on techniques to improve your birth. I am excited to be a pillar of support for my clients and looking forward to helping them feel empowered and satisfied with their birth experience. 

A little about myself - I live in Grand Haven with my boyfriend Rhys and our two cats. I love to travel, try out local coffee shops, swim in Lake Michigan, and cozy up on the couch to watch movies.

Pre-certification Pricing: $600

Birth doula services include unlimited and continuous emotional, informational, and physical support during labor, two prenatal meetings and one postpartum meeting of approximately 1.5 hours in length.
